| The purpose | · The job holder is responsible for the administration and implementation of the debt recovery. |
| Key responsibilities | ·Contact customers via phone calls, SMS, and other communication channels to follow up on overdue mobile loan repayments.
· Negotiate repayment schedules in line with company policies. · Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets. · Escalate problematic accounts to the supervisor where necessary. · Educate customers on loan terms,repayment obligations, and consequences of defaulting. ·Adhere to data protection, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance standards. |
| Minimum Requirements
|
·Minimum of a Diploma in Business, Finance, Customer Service, or a related field.
· 1-3 years work experience in debt recovery and credit management ·Proven experience in debt collection, preferably in mobile loans or digital lending platforms. · Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. · Proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel. · High integrity, self-motivated, and target-driven. |
