We Are Hiring: SME & Corp Sector Head

Progressive Credit Ltd is a premier, CBK-regulated Digital Credit Provider (DCP) with a 15-year legacy of empowering Kenyans. With a network of 27 branches and a dedicated team of over 400 staff and agents, we are looking for a high-energy leader to drive our SME and Corporate portfolio to new heights.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Head of Business, you will lead the charge in acquiring and managing high-value relationships while overseeing a dynamic sales force of Relationship Officers, Team Leaders, and Agents.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 4+ years in a similar senior leadership role within the financial sector.

• Expertise: Extensive background in SME & Corporate portfolio management and a solid understanding of Logbook Loans. (Agriculture financing knowledge is a plus!)

• Leadership: Proven track record of managing productivity-based pay structures and motivating large, sales-oriented teams.

• Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.

• Character: A hardworking mentor with a strong sense of ethics and integrity.
